At Evernestly, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, we may require:

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or another agreed-upon method after verification.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Evernestly will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible and the return process will apply instead.
